Southfield is a planned future residential development with the ultimate goal of approximately 3,000 homes. 

As part of Phase 1, SLB Group, LLC was brought on board to prepare preliminary layout and design, preparation of a subdivision plan, preparation of an existing conditions plan, Civil Engineering design of the new infrastructure as well as Landscape Architectural plans of hardscape and landscape.

SLB Group's services were requested for a garage and in-ground swimming pool addition at an Estate in Nantucket, Massachusetts. 

SLB provided services including a review of the capacity of the septic system as well as design of the drainage system and relocation of existing numerous site utilities, new driveways and new retaining walls.

As a result of our findings and the new design, permits were required such as Notice of Intent, Site Plan Approval and the Historic Design Committee.
