With an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, and a registered professional engineer, Mr. Bernstein has had the opportunity to work in a multitude of roles, including management of projects and staff and complex permitting.
His project work includes civil engineering planning and design such as site design for new institutional, commercial, residential and industrial developments; providing expert witness regarding drainage issues for residential and commercial facilities, environmental permitting, drainage improvements, parking lot repair and replacement and construction administration services.

Last fall, 2010, Steve was an Associate Professor at Wentworth Institute in Boston where he taught Construction Surveying to civil engineer and construction management students. Civil Engineer: Zoltan Juhasz, PE Zoltan came to SLB with 24 years in the civil engineering field. His expertise includes project management on complex projects such as the Northern Busway project in Brisbane, Australia; the Harvey Industries Manufacturing Facility of Londonderry, New Hampshire; and the Agha Khan University Department of Arts and Sciences of Karachi, Pakistan. Steve is also involved with providing pro-bono work for the South Shore Habitat for Humanity.
Throughout his career Mr. Fuller has been responsible for all phases of project planning and design including due diligence, project feasibility analysis, program development, site analysis/evaluation, preliminary design, design development, final design and construction documentation. Mr. Fuller has a deep knowledge of land development concepts and a solid working knowledge of zoning bylaws, subdivision regulations and other land development strategies utilized in building communities. He has extensive experience in public speaking as part of the municipal permitting process.
